FEATURED PROJECT: Recently we were contracted by Jason & Ana Caref to build a 4 story home in the historical district of Lincoln Square Chicago. The project involved tearing down the current structure to the foundation and building a new home in its place. To better control quality and scheduling, we used our own craftsman and employees from West Michigan to build the home. During the week our guys stayed in temporary housing and would then return home on the weekends.

They Loved it – Some even got to enjoy a few Cubs games while in town.

People have been so impressed with the exceptional quality and detail in the Carefs’ home that we have been asked to consider building more homes in the Lincoln square area and we are currently looking at the feasibility of growing our company into that market.
